All the colors in the picture are to be found in this one pattern. It is created similarly in a program-style to the patterns of previous years. Until now, the process steps took place in each successive layer, now it shifts into one pattern that is accumulatively formed from shape compositions and additions. From this accumulations program, overlapping inevitably becomes a result of the density of the pattern. This overlapping, however, differs from previous layering in that it appears selectively in a fixed frequency whereas layering takes place completely in All-overs. The overlapping is inherent to the system and exhibits an absolute regularity. Randomness is excluded through the fully integrated program. The new design principle allows a partial influence of color distribution. Minimal amounts of color can be managed more effectively than in layering.
