The preoccupation with sequences continues, especially concerning color line sequences. The application of this principle has many variants. One of the new approaches of 2005 is the repetition of a color texture in slightly enlarged and angled alignment. The form is put into perspective and the color is confirmed as a constituent element. A further approach is the renewal of interest in squares that made up a large part of the work in 1983 and 1984. These color relations derive from the logic of the picture construction, but aim for an instable perception so that they sometimes confirm and sometimes negate. A third approach combines line sequences that cover the entire canvas with bands of color that end within the confines of the picture and therefore exhibit a light floating effect. These descriptions are of color and not of form because what looks like form in these cases is simply an extension of color which is employed as a parameter of color scheme. In addition to color value, intensity, brightness and amount of color, the extension as well as the localization of color is essential in implementing and anchoring color in a picture which leads to epic graphic quality.
